Our Process

At Austin Hybrid Battery, we want to ensure that a hybrid battery needs to be replaced prior to replacement so what we'll do is to send our technician directly to your vehicles' location. We'll pull diagnostic trouble codes from your software system, similar as a Toyota Dealership or a local and trusted mechanic would, however, and more importantly what we'll do is actually inspect your complete hybrid battery drivetrain, everything from your regenerative braking system to your inverter, connections to your hybrid battery and even your rear hybrid battery cooling fan. Once we can confirm without a reasonable doubt that a hybrid battery needs to be replaced and that it would be a complete and final solution for you, would we actually remove your hybrid battery and replace it with our manufactured hybrid battery. We'll clear and reset all your dash lights and software from your system and even take the vehicle for a test drive to confirm all systems are operational and in good working order.
